Not sure if this is the Carlos Ochoa who attended Alcott elementary but if it is...you were only a year older than me and how sad you left relatively young. My biggest crush at Alcott.

Carlos my friend my carnal my homie I will miss you with all my heart, you were the only one that came down everyday to see me since I'v come back from SC, the day the lord took you I missed you, you did not come around I knew somthing was wrong at least for me. you will be greatly missed, I'm sorry we never got to go fishing and I never got to see your fishing pole, there is so much I wanted to say to you Litos, see you in my dreams. I love you Litos your bro Jesse
