Donna De Bie

Donna R. De Bie, 75 years of age, passed away on August 8th, 2023 in Chino, CA.Donna was born on October 9th, 1947, in Los Angeles, CA. She moved with her family to Chino in 1951 and graduated from Chino High School in 1965. Donna was a Chino resident for most of her life. Donna retired from the City of Chino where she worked as the Community Liaison for several years. She was instrumental in assisting residents and members of the business community with any city-related issues or concerns. She also assisted the City Council and City Manager with community outreach and represented the city at community events. Donna also served through the years as a member of the Kiwanis Club, Soroptimist Club, The Let It Be Foundation, and The Chino Valley Fire Foundation.Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Misty Cragg (Chris), granddaughter, Reagan, sister Deana Ruether (Jim) of Chino, stepsiblings Jean Harbert of Brawley, Jan Brown-Phillips of Santee, and Mike Waddington (Bonnie) of Redlands. Donna was also blessed with an abundance of close friends who will miss her greatly. She was preceded in death by her fiance', Thomas Conley of Chino.Private services will be held for Donna's family.
