Betty was my mother-in-law for 30 years and a wonderful friend. I consider myself blessed to have known her. She was an example and encouragement to me of what it means to be truly gifted with the "Fruits of the Spirit" kindness, gentleness, patience, self-control, joy, peace, and especially love. She would laugh if I told her she was my hero in many ways. I will miss her horribly.

Auntie Betty was always the whole package–
Smart, beautiful, caring, fun - a shining light
to everyone. I'll never forget my summers growing up in Holland, MI. She was a loving auntie to me and a true friend and sister to my mom. God bless Uncle Con and his family.
Love,

We first met Con and Betty on Guam in 1981. We immediately fell in love with this awesome couple. It was obvious from the beginning that this duo not only loved the Lord, but were willing to share their faith with everyone through their ministry at Faith Bookstore, Faith Church, and the Christian example seen in their daily life. Cindy and I praise God for allowing us to have known Betty and the rest of the Douma family. May our Lord comfort you all during this time. In His love!
