Linda Straus

10/10/1949 - 04/11/2023 Linda Straus, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and nurse, passed away after a brief illness. She was a resident of the Inland Valley area before relocating to Newnan, Georgia with her husband of 54 years, Steven. Linda's memory will be cherished by her daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Kevin Lund of Williamson, GA, and her granddaughter, Sierra Lund of Cobb County. She also leaves behind three nieces, Tracy DeAndrea of Kansas, Heather Neault of Rancho Cucamonga, and Jennifer Flanagan of Victorville California, as well as brothers-in-law, Gary Flanagan of FL and Ron Todd of Prescott AZ, and a sister-in-law, Kay Todd of Prescott AZ. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Yvette and Zigmont Glinski, her sister Joyce Ann Flanagan, and her daughter Kristin Straus. She will be laid to rest at Bellevue Mausoleum in Ontario, California, in a private ceremony as per her request. Linda graduated from Pomona Catholic Girls High School in 1967 and earned her degree in Allied Health and Nursing from Rio Hondo Community College. She had a passion for working with children and specialized in pediatric nursing. Linda will be remembered for her sense of humor and her love for her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Linda's name.
