Margaret Stone Obituary

Margaret E. Stone, age 54, fell asleep in death March 26, 2007. Margaret was born and raised in the Pennsauken, New Jersey area. She was the youngest of six children born to William D. and Pearl J. Elam. She graduated from Pennsauken High School in New Jersey in 1970. Shortly thereafter, she moved to West Los Angeles where she met and married her loving husband, Ervin K. Stone, in 1980. In 1988, they moved to Ontario, California. There, they raised their three children, one boy and two girls. Margaret loved life and her hunger for truth caused her to study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses and gain accurate knowledge of Jehovah God. Margaret lived a rich and full life of service to Jehovah and dedicated her life and was baptized in 1968 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She always desired to stay faithful and give Jehovah her very best. Many who knew Margaret can agree, though sickly, she always looked to Jehovah for her strength, comfort an d hope. She believed with stong conviction Jehovah's promise made at John 11:25 of a resurrection to life on earth. Margaret will be fondly remembered for her warm, infectious smile, cheerfulness, positive attitude, kindness, tremendous sense of humor, her love of laughter, and her love for people. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Ervin K. Stone, son Sheryon C. Carter, Nicole Stone and Allyson Stone. She is preceded in death by her older sister, Joan Pearl Glass and her parents. Ma rgaret will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. We can't wait to welcome Margaret back to life in Jehovah's beautiful paradise here on earth in the near future. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, April 3, 2007 at Forest Lawn Mortuary, Covina, California. Memorial services will be held promptly at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 8141 San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, California Wednesday, April 4, 2007.

I miss my best friend,

November 13, 2012

My daughters and son have been without a wonderful person, their mom, Margaret. I can't stop missing her, but I'm gonna be alright, because God has been giving me the strength beyond what is normal to continue without becoming overly sad these 5 1/2 years. Still I cry at times because a part of me is not here. Again...til we meet again my Love

Today it has been five years since i lost my dear sister and friend. What a struggle it has been I still miss her laugh ,her voice ,her words of encouragement . But it is the beauty of her spirit that warms my heart when I think of her I know I will see her again, I have complete trust in Jehovah's promise that loved ones will
rise again on a paradise earth. Its not
some fairytale ,its not a dream, Its a
reality that Margaret believed and trusted in with her wholesoul and so do I. Until I see her again I will always miss her.

What a wonderful faithful person my wife Margaret was and is, I sit here missing her so much, because she will always be a part of me. She has a smile that can light up a room, I know this because it lit up my life for 27 years. I yearn to see my best friend and sweetheart once again, and I just can't wait..(Job 14:14,15)

To the Stone Family........I just recently learned of Margaret's passing and I am truly sadden. Even though I had not seen Margaret for a number of years I remember her sunny disposition whenever we saw each other at the Kingdom in Los Angeles and I do look forward to greeting her when illnesses and injuries will be part of the past.

Margaret was a very special lady and sister in the truth. She had the ability to encourage and stengthen others when she herself needed stengthening. I will miss her, but I also look forward to seeing her again soon. To the Stone Family, I am so very sorry for your loss--my prayers are with you all.
