BRETT COOPER Obituary

BRETT C. COOPER

May 29, 1995 – July 3, 2024

Brett Cooper, 29, tragically passed away in a car accident on July 3, 2024, in Girvin, Texas.

Brett attended Brawley Union High School and graduated in 2013. He participated in FFA all four years raising pigs and played on the Varsity Golf Team all four years.

Brett started his career this past year in the oil field industry. He was enjoying learning about the industry and the new friendships and mentors along the way.

Brett loved all things outdoors riding horses, playing baseball, attending MLB games, skateboarding, bikes, hunting, fishing, camping, playing guitar and the Desert. It was common for him to sleep out by the fire under the stars. He would watch the sun rise and the sun set with gratitude for another day on this planet.

Brett was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Helen Williams and Ralph Cooper.

Brett is survived by his parents, Brian and Lori Cooper; brother, Carson Cooper; sister, Sara Maldonado (Felix); grandma, Vicki Cooper; nephew, Lukas; nieces, Logann and Lexie; and his uncle, Brian Suits.

The family would like to thank everyone who has reached out during this difficult time and for the outpouring of love for Brett.

Family and friends please join us for a Celebration of Life held on September 28, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Stockmen's Club in Brawley, California.
