Chelsea Phoebe Montoya


March 27, 2001- May 18, 2006

Chelsea Phoebe Montoya, 5, of El Centro, passed away Thursday, May 18, at Children's Hospital in San Diego.
Chelsea was born March 27, 2001 in El Centro. She was a preschool student at Little Roadrunners. Chelsea was a play-doh expert, artist, musician, genius, skater, story teller and greatest daughter one could ask for.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Frye Chapel, 384 Main St. in El Centro.
Chapel services will be held Friday, June 2, at Frye Chapel in El Centro, commencing at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro.
Chelsea was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lynda and Steve Hedges; great-grandparents, Sally Taylor and Ray McCravy; paternal grandparents, Norma and Lupe Montoya and great-grandmother, Eulailia Corral.
Chelsea is survived by her parents, Anjie McCravy and Anthony Montoya of El Centro; aunt, Stephanie and uncle, Steven SterlingHeights of MI; Taylor family, Hedges Family of Detroit, MI; aunt Priscilla nd Richard Brown of El Centro, Montoya families and all cousins and friends; godparents, Lee and Claudia Salazar; Garcia family, Brown family, Corral family, McCravy family and Montoya family.
