Joan Williams, 80, of Brawley passed away on June 11, 2022. She was born on July 25, 1941.
Joan was a bookkeeper, she also volunteered for the Literacy Program at the Public Library. She was also known as a caregiver and doting grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Phil and Anne Titsworth; and her brother, Stephen Titsworth.
Joan is survived by her daughters, Michelle Pascual of Simi Valley, CA, Melanie Hamilton of San Marcos, CA, and Elizabeth Williams of Brawley, CA; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Don Bilberry of Pueblo, CO; grandchildren, Andrew Pascual of Winnetka, CA, Amanda Pascual of Simi Valley, CA, Aries Pascual of Simi Valley, CA, Christopher Hamilton of San Diego, CA and Allison Hamilton of San Diego, CA; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces; and nephews.
The Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Frye Chapel, Brawley, CA. The family suggest memorials to St. Jude and the Brawley Public Library.

Joan was my first cousin. Her Mother and my Father, John McGurn, were siblings. Our family who lived on the East Coast visited all our California relatives including "Gram" Margaret McGurn in the mid fifties. I will never forget that trip, meeting my grandmother, my aunts, Uncle Phil, and my cousins, Joan, Kathleen and Stephen. I remember you guys so lovingly. I thought Joan who was 7 years older than me was so cool. And Kathleen, you were so awesome. I called Joan when Stephen died. That was a sad phone call.
Please know u r all often in my thoughts.
