JUAN NORIEGA Obituary
Juan Noriega, 85, of Calexico passed away on February 7, 2021 from Cancer and a Cervical Fracture in Calexico. He was born on February 9, 1935 in San Pedro De La Cueva, Sonora, Mexico. Juan came to the Imperial Valley in 1952 at the age of seventeen. He worked in agriculture from 1952 to 1968. He then proceeded to work in construction until his retirement in 1995. We lost a very special hardworking, friendly and compassionate person. Thank you Lord for blessing us with him in our lives and we will miss him forever. The family wants to give a special thanks to the Aria Hospice Care staff for all of the care and support they provided Juan and the family. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister. Juan is survived by his wife, Ana Noriega; son, Juan Noriega and Kari Agliano of El Cajon; daughter, Elisa and Luis Venegas of El Cajon; grandchildren, Mark and Erik Venegas; son, Frank and Nena Noriega of Calexico; grandchildren, Ethan and Kristen Noriega. Mass will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 5 p.m. Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Calexico.
