Maria Velarde went to be with the Lord on October 29, 2024. Born on September 12, 1941, Maria was a beacon of kindness and generosity, profoundly dedicated to her family and faith.

In the last few years, Maria has been an active member of Sendero De La Cruz. In her professional life, Maria excelled as an administrative assistant, known for her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. Her hobbies included gardening, reading, writing, and, most notably, teaching bible classes, which allowed her to share her faith and inspire others.
