1988 - 2019

Robert Landeros, 30, of Brawley passed away on March 7, 2019. Robbie Landeros was born November 14, 1988 to Natalie and Robert Landeros in Banning, CA. He was raised in Calipatria, CA where he attended school till he graduated in 2006. Robbie, only son, baby brother, fun uncle, coolest nephew, most popular cousin, loving boyfriend, and best friend to many. As a giving, caring, loving young man, he would give the shirt off his back and do anything to help a friend in need. He was spontaneous, full of life, and approached anything he did with passion. Whether it was playing music, skateboarding, working as an Industrial Mechanic, or just hanging out with family and friends, he always gave it his all. He was a one-man band and could play guitar, drums, and bass. He was a wonderful storyteller and one of the funniest people this world has ever known. He was confident and fearless and inspired that courage in others. He was a role model to many and helped bring out the best in people. He loved with his whole heart and took every opportunity to show it. He was a very forgiving person. He touched so many lives in his 30 years, and it is fitting that with his death he will be able to touch so many more. Robbie was able to donate every organ including his eyes, blood, blood vessels, skin for skin grafts, and bone marrow. Robbie is our EVERYTHING! He was preceded in death by his uncle, Mitchell Zambrano; maternal grandfather, Justino Zambrano; uncle, Henry Landeros, uncle, Fred Landeros, uncle, Ted McDole, uncle, Ray Landeros and paternal grandmother, Rose Landeros. Robert is survived by his mother, Natalie Landeros of Calipatria; father, Robert Landeros of Salton City; fiance, Sarah Erickson of Brawley; sister, Leslie (Clifford) Reyes, nephews and niece, Daniel and Ruben Molina, Nadine and Damian Payan and Derek Reyes of Fullerton; sister, Catherine (John) Kolosci; nephews, John and Nolan Kolosci of Chesterton, Indiana; sister, Natalie Landeros and (Angel Fernandez); niece and nephew, Mia and Sonny Cortez of El Centro; numerous aunts, uncles, cousin, nephews, nieces, and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 6 to 9 p.m. at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley. Service will be held on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley. Burial will immediately follow at Riverview Cemetery in Brawley.
