ROBERT SHORES Obituary

ROBERT S. SHORES

Dec. 31, 1965 – June 19, 2025

Robert S. Shores, age 59 of Parma, OH, and formerly of Imperial and San Diego, CA, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025. He was the beloved son of Pauline Shores (nee Switzer) and the late Dean Shores. Robert was the loving father of Joshuah Shores (Taylor) and Shawn Rice-Shores (Katrina), uncles, cousin, and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rocky C. Shores.

Robert was raised in Imperial and was a 1984 graduate of Imperial High School. He served the city of San Diego, CA, as a computer service technician, working nearly 24- hour shifts for FEMA during the wildfires. Known for his imagination, clever wit, and generous spirit, Robert was a master storyteller. His voice setting scenes, his hands sketching maps, and his heart crafting memories that will live on in those who journeyed with him. May his next adventure be just as grand.
