SHARON SHERRY EINER-CULVER
1940-2023
A Loving Matriarch, Mother, Grandmother, Great grandmother, Aunt, Daughter, Sister, Cousin, Friend, and a Faithful Inspirational Angel on Earth: Sharon "Sherry" Einer-Culver, 82, of Solana Beach, CA, was surrounded by many loving family members when she passed away on January 24, 2023, after a long, honorable, and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in the fall of 1940 to two adoring parents, Ethel Hurst and Frederick Einer Jr., in Escondido, California. Sherry was a bundle of joy from the beginning.
As Sherry matured into her teenage years, her undying love, hunger, and thirst for music, laughter, and having a family of her own grew more potent and became part of her life's focus on finding and creating a joy-filled life.
Sherry and her late ex-husband, L. Byron Culver Jr., raised six children in Rancho Santa Fe, California, while simultaneously becoming a self-made, self-taught, and highly sought-after realtor throughout Fairbanks Ranch and Rancho Santa Fe for over 50 years.
Like her father, Fred, Sherry wasn't a big drinker or a fan of the mess alcohol can make in ruining the perfect ambiance of music, laughter, and love. However, they both knew alcohol tends to bring people together, and she loved getting people together to share and make fond memories. Like her "daddy," as she so sweetly referred to him, Sherry understood that "every day above ground is a holiday," and we should celebrate accordingly!
Sherry loved solving other people's problems and the world's problems too, continually educating herself while worrying more about those around her. Sherry's skillset, in her words, of "giving great phone" will be unmatched, as will her uncanny ability to pay it forward without expectation of reciprocity.
All Sherry ever wanted and wished for was for everyone to be happy, healthy, and prosperous. Sherry's only expectation, non-negotiable demand, and dying wishes were that we all continue educating ourselves, love and support one another, and not let the government ruin this country any more than they already have.
Sherry is one-of-a-kind, beautiful inside and out. Sherry will forever be the epitome of genuine compassion, class, and grace in the purest forms.
Sherry's unmeasurable strengths inspire us all and can only be matched by a few in this world. THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN BLESSED TO KNOW SHERRY KNOW ALL THIS TO BE TRUE.
Sherry joins her beloved parents; her younger brother, Frederick "Chiefie" Einer IV; her ex-husband, L. Byron Culver Jr.; and her daughter, Melanie Culver, in heaven.
She is survived by many loving family members, including but not limited to five children, Suzanne Culver, L. Byron "Buzz" Culver III, Richard Culver, Elizabeth Culver-Lessard, and Kathleen J. Tucker; eight grandchildren, Chris Culver, Kathleen A. Tucker, Kristin Tucker, KC Montana Raymond, Chantal Lessard, Cheyenne Tucker, Courtney Culver, and Corie Culver-Lessard; and four (nearly five) great-grandchildren.
Sherry also leaves behind many dear friends, cousins, and loved ones in Escondido, El Centro, and Imperial Valley, as well as throughout the globe.
We are relieved that her passing was peaceful, and she is now pain-free, in the graces of the unconditional, eternal, everlasting love of our Lord and Savior. We will all miss her dearly, forever and always. As Sherry would say, "God Bless You All in Love and Light."
The Celebration of Sherry's Life will be held on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club.
