Stewart Q. Wilson, born on March 17, 1976, at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina, passed away on July 9, 2025, in Denver, Colorado. He was 49 years old.

Stewart served his country as a Corpsman in the United States Navy, after his military service, Stewart brought his dedication and leadership to the construction industry as a supervisor in San Diego. His adventurous spirit led him across the country as a long-haul truck driver, and later, he continued his journey behind the wheel as a truck driver at the Denver Airport.

He held a quiet but unwavering desire to understand God, seeking wisdom and connection in life's deeper questions.

Stewart's life was a tapestry of grit, generosity, and love. He was a man who could light up a room with his presence and calm a storm with his kindness. His laughter echoed in the hearts of his friends, and his loyalty was a gift to all who knew him. And through every mile traveled and every day lived, his faithful companion his dog, Smalls was right by his side, a beloved friend and source of comfort.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Steve and Susan Wilson; his mother, Vanessa (Rainer) Meilke; his brother, Scott Wilson; niece, Julatra Mattice; his sister, Shawndra (John) Middlemore; and his nephews and nieces, Steven, James, Teresa, William, Emily, Angela, and Robert.

His ashes will be lovingly shared among those closest to him his father and stepmother, his sister, and his birth mother-each carrying a piece of his spirit and memory.

Stewart will be missed by many because he was loved by many. His family loved him. His friends loved him. And he will remain in our hearts forever.
