Booth, Lynn Luther 8/25/1944 - 8/1/2021 Hanover Lynn Luther Booth, of Hanover, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at his home under the loving care of his family and Elara Caring Hospice. He was born on August 25, 1944 in Jackson, Michigan, the son of Elmer Allen and Vera Marie (Weston) Booth. Lynn was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Linda Sue Booth and all of his siblings. He is survived by two children, Sue (Tom) Miller and Scott Booth; six grandchildren, Paul Steinaway, Cedric McDonald, Ashley "Sissy" Booth, Brauclynn (Ashley) Booth, Gunnery Sargent Brandon (Emily) Tolliver and Brittnae "Hope" Tolliver; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members and many, many friends. Lynn served his country in the United States Army, with the Infantry 1st Calvary Division, during the Vietnam War, where he earned The Bronze Star for Valor. Lynn worked as a construction worker for many years and he was the Co-Owner of Miller-Booth Construction in Albion. He was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church in Jackson, the Jackson Area Emmaus Community, the Big 9 Sportsman Club, and he was a founding member of the former Territorial Trails Muzzle Loading Gun Club. A funeral service to honor the life of Lynn Luther Booth, will be held at Cornerstone Christian Church (2395 W. High Street, Jackson, MI 49203) on Saturday, August 7, 2021, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Michael Mason and Chaplain Kyle Herrick officiating. At his request, cremation will follow the service. The family will receive friends for visitation, at Cornerstone Christian Church, on Friday, August 6th from 5-8 p.m. and on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
