Dannie Ray Jones

Funeral services for Dannie Ray Jones 54 will be at 1:00 PM Saturday April 23 2005 at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Brother Gerald Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. Mr. Jones died Wednesday April 20 2005 at Jackson Madison General Hospital. He was born January 17 1951 in Jackson son of the late Fred Elco and Wilma Myrene Stegall Jones. Mr. Jones was a graduate of South Side High School and served in the National Guard six years during Vietnam. He worked at Porter-Cable since 1969 for thirty-five plus years. Surviving are a daughter Natosha Rhea of Arlington TN; two sons Ryan Jones of Millington TN and Robert Jason Jones of Jackson TN; two grandchildren Logan Perry Jones and Zachary Nelson Simmons and two brothers Freddie Jones and Ronnie Jones both of Jackson TN. Pallbearers will be co-workers from Porter-Cable second shift. Honorary pallbearers will be co-workers from Porter-Cable second shift.
