Just a beautiful understanding person. She had patience with her students, and a true concern for their learning. Definitely worth remembering.

David,
First of all my condolences to you on the loss of a great woman. She was my first grade teacher and I loved her so much. She was very loving and kind. Now I know why. She will be greatly missed.
Thanks for all your kind words to me when I was in high school. I will love you always.

Mrs. Millikan was one of the sweetest and kindest teachers my son ever had. My son has always spoke of her through the years. I was saddened to read of her passing. The Lord certainly has a sweet angel. My heart and thoughts goes to her family.

Mrs. Miliken was Jackson's finest first grade teacher @ Alexander Elem. I was her pick. She was so loving& had a sweet spirit. My fondest memory of her was she took her entire class on a field trip to Muse Park with an assistant. I seen her years ago she told me: "I taught my students kindeness." I love & will never forget you Mrs. Miliken.
