James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel 4278 Lafayette Street Marianna, Fl 32446 850.482.2332 www.jamesandsikes Billy Frank Jeter Billy Frank Jeter, 77, of Grand Ridge, died Thursday, September 19, 2013 at his residence. A native of Jackson County Mr. Jeter was a US Army veteran, he was a former resident of Jacksonville, Fl., and Birmingham, AL. He returned to Jackson County in 1996 where he was a member of Shady Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church, a retired automotive mechanic, car salesman, and service advisor. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and loved playing golf. He was preceded in death by son, Keith Frank Jeter, his parents, Will and Lizzie Proctor Jeter; two brothers, Buck and Norman Jeter; two sisters, Hazel Hamilton and Christine Melvin. Survivors include his wife, Viola Simpson Jeter of Grand Ridge; two daughters, Teresa Jarvis and husband Patrick of Jacksonville, Tammy Moulton of Quincy; one granddaughter, Maggie Moulton; two sister, Nadine Ham of Grand Ridge and Mavis Sewell of Panama City; several special nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 11 am Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Shady Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Gary Cook and Rev. Orren H. Simpson officiating. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 10 am till funeral time Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Shady Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church.
