David Lee (Mr. Mac) McBrayer
David Lee McBrayer (Mr. Mac) of Crawfordville, went home to be with the Lord on August 8, 2021. His homegoing and celebration of life will be Friday, August 13, 2021, 11:00 a.m at Heritage Assembly of God where he was a faithful member.
Visitation will be held at Heritage Assembly of God, Thursday, August 12, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. to allow many loved ones and friends to pay their respects while considering social distancing. The family encourages the wearing of mask. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the McBrayer Educational Fund at Centennial Bank or mailed to P.O. Box 462, Woodville, FL 32362.
Of all his accomplishments the ones he held most dear was his love for his wife, sons, and family. His heart and passion for people and teaching was beyond measure.
David is survived by his wife April McBrayer; two sons Heath McBrayer, Cole McBrayer; parents Hoyt and Berta McBrayer of Hanceville, AL; three sisters Lory Barwick and husband Ralph of Marianna, FL, Jennifer McBrayer of Pensacola, FL, Paula Spitzer and husband John of Hanceville, AL.; nieces and nephews Mary Barwick, Isa Barwick, Lemuel Barwick, Cody Barfield, Victoria Barfield, Chole Barfield, EmmaRay Spitzer, Amelia Spitzer, Clara Spitzer, John Spitzer III, Ansley Hurst, Braxton Hurst; a host of aunts, uncle and other family and friends.

David was a great childhood friend, we both went to Malone High School, and we were in Boy Scouts together. I have many fond memories of camping and riding horses with David and his family. I am so sad to hear of his passing, and I pray for God´s peace for his wife and children. David left a legacy of strength and faithfulness for us to uphold.

Mac was an incredible individual. His love of family, sense of humor, loyalty to his friends, and dedication to his vocation, were surpassed only by his integrity of character, becoming of a man of faith. Mac, you have finished your race and gained the prize. We will meet you again Brother.
