Christopher Hargis Obituary
Christopher Deane "Chris" Hargis, 41, of Monticello, passed away on July 21, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born March 29, 1975, to the late Steven Lee Hargis, Sr. and Deborah Denise (Dunlap) Hargis - Blume. He had battled cancer for the last several months. Chris was a 1993 graduate of Tri County High School of Wolcott. Surviving is fiancé, Jennifer Kough of Monticello; daughter, Jayden Gardner of Monticello; step - father, Bruce Blume of Wolcott; brother, Steven L. "Steve" (Christy) Hargis of Wells, MN; sisters, Kerry (Jeremy) Warren of Louisville, KY., and Stephanie Hargis of Wells, MN. Visitation will be from 12 (noon) to 3 p.m., July 23, 2016, at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello. Celebration of Life Service will be at the funeral home at 3 p.m., July 23, 2016.
