Jeffrey Wooldridge Obituary
Jeffrey N. Wooldridge, 58, of Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at his home.
He was born June 28, 1958, in Frankfort, to Richard Neal and Marcia Rose Cash Wooldridge; his mother survives in Lafayette.
Jeff graduated from Clinton Prairie High School in 1976, and received his bachelor's degree in agronomy from Purdue University in 1981. He worked for Garth Seeds and DelMonte before working at Meijer before retiring in 2014. Jeff was a member of the Lafayette Moose Lodge and enjoyed crosswords and watching sports especially the Boilermakers and Colts.
In addition to his mother, Jeff is survived by two sisters, Janette Marie (Carl) Fox of Niceville, FL, and Jill Deann Stair of Lafayette; uncle, Larry Cash of Kokomo; nephews and nieces, Justin (Cindra) Fox, Jennifer Fox, Janae (David) Erickson, and Kody Stair (fiancé, Ashley Rozzano); and great niece and nephews, Emma Rose Fox, Dane Carter Erickson, and Koben Link Stair.
Jeff is preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and also one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday. Funeral service in Jeff's memory will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at the funeral home with Pastor Jacob Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort. Memorials in Jeff's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Kidney Fund.
