Matthew Dale Richardson, 46, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017 at his residence.He was born November 17, 1970, in Lafayette, IN, to William and Rachel Daily Richardson.Matthew graduated from McCutcheon High School. His marriage was to Rebecca M. Bennett and they later divorced.Matthew worked for Fairfield Manufacturing (Oerlikon) for 20 years in various departments prior to that he was a self-employed in the carpentry business. He also worked for his Grandfather on the dairy farm in his teen age years. Matthew enjoyed the outdoors , mushroom hunting, and avid gun collector. His favorite football team was the Pittsburgh Steelers.Surviving are his daughters, Cierra M. Richardson of Attica and Lindsey Bushong (Justin) of Lafayette, parents William and Rachel Richardson of Lafayette, brothers, Wayne (Angie) Richardson of Lafayette and Charlie (Margaret) Richardson both of Lafayette. Granddaughter, Alana Bushong, grandson, Joshua Bushong. Nephews Billy, Brandon, Kyle, Trevor and niece Samantha. Matthew most enjoyed the time he had to spent with his children and grandchildren and family, he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.Visitation will be 5-8pm Sunday November 19, 2017 Soller-Baker Lafayette chapel 400 Twyckenham blvd.
