Nancy Cadwallader Obituary
Nancy May Cadwallader, 71, of Lafayette, was called to her heavenly home at 5:53 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2013 at IU Arnett Hospital.
She was born May 21, 1942, in Lafayette, to the late Jason and Margaret Sutton Ferguson. She attended Lafayette Jefferson High School and later received her GED. On March 3, 1959, she married Robert Cadwallader, and he survives. Nancy was a member of St. Paul Community Church in Linden and enjoyed bowling, gardening, yard sales, and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving along with her husband are three daughters, Kathleen Farrell (companion: David Smith) of West Lafayette, Karen Cadwallader (husband: Charlie Murphy) of Linden, Karla McKinsey (husband: Jeff) of Lafayette; a son, Roger Cadwallader (wife: Donna) of Delphi; two brothers, Kenny Ferguson (wife: Kathy), Ted Ferguson, and a sister, Rita Oliver, all of Lafayette; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd., Lafayette, IN 47909 with Rev. Dr. Clayton Kendall officiating. Burial will follow at Sand Ridge Cemetery.

Bob,Words are not enough and I just don't know how to express my sorrow at reading about Nancy. She was a wonderful friend and person. She and Howard and I had such fun times at the bowling alley. I regret not being there at this time, but I just don't travel well any more. Nancy will always be in my memory and I loved her so much. You will both be in my prayers. God Bless, Phil
