Scott Taylor Worsdale, 44

Memorial services for Scott Taylor Worsdale, 44, of Nolanville, Texas, will be held at 1:00 Saturday, June 25, 2016, at the Northside Baptist Church in Nolanville, Texas.

Mr. Worsdale passed away Friday, June 17, 2016, surrounded by family at a hospital in Round Rock, Texas.

Mr. Worsdale was born, August 5, 1971, in Lafayette, Indiana, the son of James and Betty (Taylor) Worsdale. He married Joy Pentico June 26, 2010 in Stanwood, Washington. He was a volunteer Fire Fighter and EMT with South Pierce County Fire Department (Washington) from 2001-2006. In 2009 Mr. Worsdale and his family moved to Belton Texas where he volunteered with Central Bell County Fire and Rescue (Nolanville) from 2009 until his passing. He worked as a Paramedic for Coryell County (Texas) Memorial Hospital EMS and was a Fire Fighter/Paramedic with the City of Copperas Cove (Texas) Fire Department.

Mr. Worsdale is survived by his wife Joy Worsdale of Nolanville; son, Morgan Miller; parents, James and Betty Worsdale of Temple, Texas; Brother and Sister-in-Law, Jason Eric and Heather Worsdale of Belton,Texas as well as numerous family members and friends who loved him dearly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Bell County Fire and Rescue @ 100 North Main Street, Nolanville Texas 76559.

Dossman Funeral Home in Belton, Texas is in charge of arrangements.
