Sharon Earl Obituary
Elkhart - Sharon Lee Earl, 66, of Nappanee, formerly of Lafayette, passed away June 10, 2019 at Riverside Village in Elkhart.
She was born January 1, 1953 in Lafayette to the late Kenneth I. and Pearl E. (Baker) Earl. She was a high school graduate and worked retail at J.C. Penny and Coldwater Creek.
She enjoyed collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, crocheting, sewing, and going to flea markets. Above all, Sharon cherished time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
She is survived by her son, Marc (Amy) Earl of Nappanee; sister, Terri (Randy) Allen; and 3 grandchildren, Leia, Austin, and Matthew.
A graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in Romney Thursday June 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM Brian Baker officiating. Share memories, leave condolences, and sign the guest book at www. soller-baker.com

We made so many great memories in high school! Sharing clothes, going to dances at the tennis courts and fairgrounds, sleepovers, getting our long hair cut into a pixie!!! I will never forget you, my friend. ❤

There are some people who make the world a better place just by being in it and Sharon was one of those people for me. I absolutely loved working with her at JC Penney. She was so much fun and some of the very best times I ever had were spent working with her. We laughed every time we were together and she loved Marc and Amy and her grand kids to the moon and back. I'm so very sorry for your loss, Heaven gained an angel and I will miss her terribly. -Denise

Sharon and I were very close friends in junior high and high school. We spent a lot of time together attending ballgames, dances at the tennis courts or fairgrounds. We ate Twinkies and Coca Cola for breakfast. We both suffered from horrible burns after falling asleep under a tanning light!!! We decided one Saturday to have our long hair cut into a short pixie shag. It was cute!!
She didn't like pennies and would "pitch them" as we walked home from Arnie's or the Custard... lol"! My heart aches terribly to hear of her passing. Peace, comfort to all. RIP Sharon. You were a dear friend.
