He held memberships at Mattoon VFW Post 4325, Mattoon Masonic Lodge #260 for over fifty years, and was a life member of United Christian Church. As an avid fisherman, Pat knew Lake Mattoon like the back of his hand and treasured those moments of solace on the water. He later enjoyed spending time in the sunshine and feeling the warmth of South Florida with Teresa by his side.

Pat was a devoted family man, and his children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. Known for his jokes and fun conversations, he will be greatly missed by many dear friends.
