LAMPITT (Alan)
On Friday December 26, 2008 peacefully in hospital and of Thornton Cleveleys. Alan, aged 83 years. The dearly loved husband of the late Margaret, much loved dad to Katherine and the late Anthony, devoted grandad to Hannah, Abigail and Alex, dear brother to Jack.
He will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation will take place at Carleton Crematorium on Wednesday January 7, 2009 at 10.30am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to the Stroke Association c/o the Funeral Directors. All enquiries please to J. T.
