Bobbie Jean Hamilton Harrison, 87 of Jonesboro passed from this life Tuesday, March 10th at her home with her sons by her side. A devoted Christian, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a long-time member of Nettleton church of Christ where she was active in the ladies group. She was a friend to all and never strayed from lending a helping hand.
Bobbie had a love for travel and cherished memories made along the way. Whether visiting new places or simply enjoying time at home, she found happiness in the simple things- being active, sharing/hosting meals, holiday decorating, gardening and reading a good book on her sunporch.
Above all else, she treasured her family. As the heart of the family, she brought generations together with her love, strength and grace. She took great pride in her family which she helped to nurture and guide.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Gordon Harrison; four sisters, Marzella, Patty, Annie, and Betty; and three brothers, Hiram (Hi), Bill, Jim, and one great grandson Harrison Snow.
