Helen Frances Duclos

Helen Frances Duclos, 88, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away on September 27, 2025 at Flo and Phil Hospice House. She was born on September 16, 1937 in Salem, Missouri, to Dorman B, and Bertha A. Frank Ball. She graduated from Caruthersville High School, retired from General Electric, and was a professor at Arkansas State University for twenty-two years. She loved to knit, was an amazing seamstress and avid reader. Survivors include; six children Andrew Kevin Duclos (Karen) of Trinity, Alabama, Brian Keith Duclos of Paragould, Arkansas, Lee Shawn Duclos of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Celeste Anne Fairley (Shane) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Benjamin Lee Duclos (Belinda) of Paragould, Arkansas, and Amanda Michelle Folden of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one brother: Dennis Ball; eight grandchildren: Taylor, Nicholas, Zachary, Brian, Nathan, Dylan, Kenley, and Mila; seven great-grandchildren: Harper, Keegan, Charlee, Olivia, Brentley, Emelia, and Isabelle; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by; her parents: Dorman B. and Bertha A. Ball; and one sister: Jane Dudley. A visitation will be held on October 5, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Southwest Church, Jonesboro, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Flo and Phil Hospice House, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
