Robbie Morris House, 69, of Jonesboro, passed away on October 31, 2025, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. Robbie was born on September 14, 1956, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge to the late EB and Ruby House. In addition to his parents, Robbie was preceded in death by his sister, Lynda Eaves, and his brother, Stanley House.
Robbie grew up in the Alicia/Swifton area before moving to Jonesboro at age 12. In his younger years, he had a passion for cars and fixing them up. Robbie was a kind man who never met a stranger. He was a proud Christian and a member of Temple Baptist Jonesboro. Robbie adored his church family and spreading the gospel of Jesus. Robbie loved and cherished his family, who were a source of pride and happiness that brought him comfort.
Robbie is survived by his wife of 49 years, Brenda House of Jonesboro; daughter, Audra House (Shane Davis) of Jonesboro; son, Jeremy House (Christy) of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Cayson Davis, Avery Davis, and Luke House, all of Jonesboro; sisters, Tammy Curtis (Charlie) of Jonesboro and Patty Cornwall (Jimmy) of Green Valley, AZ; and a host of family and friends whom he loved dearly.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Emerson Funeral Home, with Pastor Andy Neal officiating. A visitation will be held before the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Dell Holt, Tony Holt, Justin Holt, Jason Holt, Shane Davis, and Buddy Jo Eaves.
Honorary pallbearers include grandsons Cayson Davis and Luke House, and his fellow workers in the Mould Department at Arkansas Glass.
