Terry Wagner Obituary

Terry Lee Wagner, 63, of Egypt, Arkansas, departed this life on July 30, 2025, at his home. He was born January 27, 1962, in Jonesboro to Tommy Wagner and Louise Rose. Terry was of the Church of Christ faith and lived a life marked by kindness, hard work, and devotion to his family. Terry enjoyed music and movies, and he found great joy in simple pleasures like gardening, mowing, and caring for animals. His greatest happiness, however, came from spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Wagner; his maternal grandparents, Walter and Lorine Colburn; and his paternal grandparents, Jeff and Ula Wagner. Terry is survived by his loving mother, Louise Rose Colburn of Jonesboro; two daughters, Teri Leeanne Whitehurst (Dylan) of Lake City and Cheyenne Phillips (Cole) of Flippin, Arkansas; two brothers, Walter Wagner (Barbara) of Jonesboro and Tony Wagner (Rosie) of Egypt; and two grandchildren, Mathis and Jazzie Phillips of Flippin, Arkansas. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Egypt City Hall. Burial will be private. Terry will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
