BROOKLAND - Matthew Blayne Hubble, 37, of Brookland, passed away on Oct. 17, 2025, doing what he loved. Born on April 17, 1988, in Jonesboro, Matthew lived a life full of energy, laughter, and devotion to the people and passions that meant the most to him.
Matthew worked as an electrician at Steve's Electric in Paragould, where his hard work, skill, and dedication were always outstanding. Outside of work, his true joy came from being on the water. A passionate boater, Matthew helped found the Arkansas Tiller Handle Outlaws Facebook page and worked with Havoc Boats, where his dreams came true; creating a community for others who shared his love for boats, engines, and the open water.
Above all, Matthew was an extremely devoted husband and a proud father. He leaves behind his loving wife, Lauren Hubble of Brookland, and their six beautiful children: Paiton, Preslee, Aliviah, Mattilynn, Sawyer, and Ada-June Hubble, who were the light of his life and the reason behind his every effort. He also leaves behind his mother, Tammy (Garth) Willard; brother Shaun Mask; Uncle Bobby; and his Grandparents, Bobby (Faye) Hubble, all of Jonesboro; along with a host of friends and family from all over the country. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Mask; brother, Chayse Mask; and grandmother, Shirley Mask.
Matthew will be remembered for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and the way he could light up a room just by walking into it. His legacy lives on in the countless memories shared by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Pallbearers will be some of Matthews closest friends: Ryan Baldridge, Cameron Boyd, Mat Stone, Cody Trosper, Frank West, Michael Shocklee, Michael Harvey and Kyle Foster, with honorary pallbearers being his brother Shaun Mask and his son Sawyer Hubble as well as his coworkers at Steve's Electric, fellow members of the Arkansas Tiller Handle Outlaws community, and the Wreckin' Havoc Crew.
Services will be Sunday, Oct. 26, at Gregg-Langford-Bookout Funeral Home in Jonesboro, with visitation starting at 11 a.m. for friends, with services following directly after.
