PARAGOULD - Noel "Frank" Franklin Kennemore was born to Darrell and Hazel Kennemore of Light, Ark., on July 30, 1940. He died on Nov. 25, 2025.
Frank was married for 54 years to Barbara Howerton Kennemore. His children were Drew Kennemore and Cecily Kennemore. Drew died in 2010. Frank had four sisters, Golvie, Bonnie, Kay, and Jean. Jean preceded him in death, while his other three sisters are living. He also leaves a large extended family.
Most importantly, his faith belief was Christian. He was a member of East Side Baptist Church. Recently, he was attending services at West View Baptist and Griffin Memorial Methodist Churches in Paragould.
Frank loved farming, but he spent most of his working life at Emerson Electric in Paragould. He served his country in the National Guard. He was a good citizen, a good life mate, a family man, and a good person. Noel Franklin Kennemore was a good man.
Visitation will be at Phillips Funeral Home today, from 10 a.m. until the procession to Union Grove Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. at Union Grove Cemetery with Dennis Vowell officiating.
