Penny Patterson Obituary
TRUMANN - Penny Sutton Patterson, 54, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born in Trumann and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.
She was employed by Honey Baked Ham and of the Assembly of God faith. Penny loved shopping and traveling with family and friends; she was also an animal lover.
Penny is survived by her husband, Patrick Patterson of the home; one son, Chandler (Celsey) Hammonds; one daughter, Hillary (Jake) Breytspraak of Trumann; a stepson, Payton (Maddie) Patterson of Trumann; stepdaughter, Stella Patterson of Trumann; her parents, Coy and Phyllis Walker Sutton of Harrisburg; three brothers, Jody (Dalyn) Sutton and John (Amber) Sutton of Harrisburg and Zack Hammons of Jonesboro; and grandchildren, Sylas Breytspraak and Aspen Patterson.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 this evening, March 14, at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A celebration of her life will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with David Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gatlin Sutton, Kylan Sutton, Cameron Sutton, Jace Sutton, Jay DeFord and Erick Palacios.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Burnett, John Matthews, Donald Pratt and Donald Ray Ford.

I´m so saddened to hear of this beautiful lady´s passing. She was a bright light and lots of fun in high school. My condolences and prayers are with the family.

There was not one time I ever saw you that you didn't have a huge smile on your beautiful face! I have many memories of you from elementary school and some from our time at the "Pizza Place" when we were teenagers. Heaven certainly gained a special angel! Rest in Peace and Love Penny!
