Stephen Rodgers Obituary
PARAGOULD - Stephen Wayne Rodgers, 68, of Paragould passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.
He was born May 7, 1953, in Paragould to Richard and Vera Rowe Rodgers.
He was a material handler at Best Manufacturing Inc. until retirement. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.
He loved fishing and movies.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Shirley Spikes Rodgers; a son, Will Howard; four daughters, Traynea Jobe, Trainee Veteo, Stepheny Haen and Jeannie Roberts; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, David Rodgers; and three sisters, Melba Williams, Linda Stuart and Bonnie Johnson.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. today, April 21, at Whittaker Cemetery in Hoxie with Michael Harmon officiating.
No visitation is scheduled.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
