SOMERVILLE, Tenn. - Timothy Edward Lee Sheridan, 64, of Somerville, Tenn., departed this life on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., surrounded by many loved ones.
Tim was born May 13, 1961, in Poplar Bluff, Mo.. He graduated from Valley View High School in Jonesboro, where he loved playing basketball, baseball, and was involved in FFA. He enlisted in the Arkansas National Guard and served as a recruiter. Tim worked for Mid-South Farmer's Co-op in Somerville where he was an applicator. He was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church in Somerville, Tenn. Tim loved hunting, collecting tactical equipment, sharing those loves with his son, and watching his grandchildren participate in their sporting events.
Tim is survived by his son, Brandon Sheridan (Maggie); five grandchildren, Carter Sheridan, Caroline Sheridan, Cole Sheridan, Caleb Sheridan, and Clay Sheridan; his father, Glenn Sheridan; his brothers, Mike Sheridan (Holly) and Jeff Sheridan (Wendy); and his sister Angela Riley (Shon). He is preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Sheridan; his grandmother, Maxine Hunt and his grandfather Loren Hunt.
Memorial Services for Tim will be held on Sunday, July 20, at 4 p.m., at Christ Presbyterian Church, 500 Teague Store Road, Somerville, Tenn. 38068.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Carl Perkins Center of Fayette County, 101 Kay Drive, Somerville, Tenn., 38068.
