My sympathy goes out to the entire family. Al was one of a kind and gave me the opportunity to work for him at Pratt in 1979 and he was my boss about 5 years. He was an excellent Engineer, motivator and friend. One of my first memories of him was when he picked me up at the Pratt Personal dept. in his Corvette convertible for a short ride to his office on the other side other plant. He always had a story to tell about his experiences from the Livermore Labs or his work in the Pratt run Middletown plant where he used his knowledge in Chemical Engineering.
Al is now gone now, but we all have the memories of our time with him.

Mark, Arthur and family,
It is with our deepest sympathy that we send this note to let you know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Your dad was a wonderful and thoughtful man who always took the time to say hi whenever he saw us! God bless. Love Don, Denise and Sarah Bombard

My deepest regrets to the family of Alphonse Passeri....
I was hired during the re-alignment at Pratt into his group...I'll never forget this great man and his perserverence to excellence for the advancement of Pratt and his team, Bill Cohen,Bob Demanko, Dave Judd, Mike Plocharczyk, Steve Johnson and myself.....I always felt the ultimate knowledge we collectively aquired to get the tasks done and the teamwork protrayed by all.....I will miss him and his attitude of friendliness and compassion to all who had the chance to work along side him....God Bless him and the fellow workers that made my aquaintance feel as though I was family....
