Barbara O'Reilly Obituary

Barbara B. O'Reilly, 84, of South Windsor, beloved wife for 58 years to the late Myles J. O'Reilly Jr., passed away Monday, Sept. 10, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born May 30, 1934, in New Haven, daughter of the late Earl and Lucy (Ryan) Boynton. Barbara was an office worker at Stanadyne before retiring. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing Bingo, puzzles, traveling, tag sales, and UConn basketball.

She leaves behind her three children and their families, Michael and Carol O'Reilly, Karen and Henry Zethner, and Susan O'Reilly; four grandchildren, Genesis Powers and her husband Christopher, Braden Zethner and fiancée, Gwendolyn Toti, Sean O'Reilly and longtime girlfriend, Karolina Buczek, and Nicole Otto and longtime boyfriend, Wilfredo Ortega; four great-grandchildren, Caiden Zethner, Angelina Zethner, Tenzin Powers, and Jasper Powers; and many nieces and nephews. Barbara was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Robert Outrimm.

There are no calling hours.

The burial will be private.
