Brian Patrick Hynes
February 3, 1959 - June 25, 2025
Brian P. Hynes of Enfield, CT unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at home. He was 66 years old and beloved father, grandfather, uncle and friend. Born in Boston, MA on February 3, 1959, to the late Robert A. and the late Dorothy (Cunniff) Hynes. He was a twin brother to the late Michael F. Hynes, and his sisters were Nancy A. Hynes and the late Amy A. Hynes. He grew up in Randolph, MA, was a 1977 graduate of Randolph High School.
Brian was a proud and loving father to Lori M. Hynes and Kevin P. Hynes. He was a loving grandfather to his four grandsons. Lori & John M. Merritt of Dedham, MA have Travis, Connor and Gavin. Kevin & his wife Samantha of Suffield, CT have Cameron. He loved his niece Kristen M. Hynes of Henderson, NV, and his nephew Jarrod Ruiz of Brockton, MA.
Brian's passions were marching band, Drum Corps, cheering on his Boston sports teams, coaching his children's sports teams and umpiring.
Memorial donations can be made in Brian's memory towards the legacy left behind his grandsons. Kevin Hynes, 7 Sandgate Court, Suffield, CT 06078. Brian's memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12, from 6-8pm at Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT.
