We mournfully announce the passing of Kenneth R. Lemieux Sr., 37, unexpectedly on November 10, 2023.
Kenny was a dad, son, brother, uncle, grandson and nephew. He leaves his three children, Jayden Barnaby, Maeve Lemieux, and Kenny Lemieux Jr. His parents, Bob and Ann Lemieux of Somers, also Tammy and Kip Davis of Broad Brook. His two brothers, Nathaniel Lemieux and Elizabeth Chatis of Ellington, and Dustin and his wife Rebecca Davis of Broad Brook. His grandmother, Patricia Lemieux. His niece, Ava, and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. Kenny was predeceased by his grandparents, Robert L. Lemieux, Daniel and Lydia French. Also, his uncles, David Lemieux and Daniel French Jr.
From an early age, he loved his games. He played soccer, baseball, BMX bike racing, wrestled and especially enjoyed card games. He was a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox and the Hartford Whalers.
Kenny will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
All are welcome to attend the Funeral Mass to be held at St. Jeanne Jugan Parish (Holy Family), 23 Simon Rd., Enfield, CT, December 9th at 11:00 a.m. The celebration of life will be private, per the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to our memorial GoFundMe fundraiser ( https://gofund.me/6689cc7f ) . These funds will go towards helping his three young children.
