Lawrence Wilson Obituary

Lawrence "Larry" Clarke Wilson
Lawrence "Larry" Clarke Wilson, 80, passed away on November 13, 2025, in Celebration, Florida. Born September 6, 1945, in Waterbury, CT, he was the son of Edgar and Bernadine Wilson. A Croft High School graduate, Larry attended Manchester Community College and served with dedication in the Manchester Police Department in roles including patrol officer, color guard member, field training officer, motorcycle squad member, and criminal justice instructor.
In 1974, Larry married Annette Kehoe Wilson, sharing nearly 47 years of love and laughter. After retiring from the police department, he worked ten years with Tolland County Court before moving to Florida, where he spent a decade at Disney World. Known for his quick wit, kindness, and vast sports trivia knowledge, he especially loved seeing the Boston Red Sox win four World Series. After Annette's passing in 2021, he treasured adventures with his daughter in Oklahoma.
Larry is predeceased by his parents, his brother Kim, and Annette. He is survived by his daughter Larann, son Brenden, daughter-in-law Nicole Easton Wilson, and granddaughters Alexa and Teagen.
A funeral service will be held at St. Joseph Old Cathedral in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, December 2. A memorial Mass will take place in Connecticut in late Spring 2026 before Larry and Annette are laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery in East Hartford. Details will be shared on social media.

Larry was a great cop and good friend. His wit and humor always had me in tears! Lost touch over the years, but never forgot him.
