Marion K. Moran
In Loving Memory of Marion K. Moran September 9, 1935 – November 14, 2025
Marion K. Moran, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and devoted servant of Christ, passed peacefully into the presence of her Heavenly Father after a life marked by grace, compassion, and unwavering faith.
Born in Parkman, Maine, on September 9, 1935, Marion met the love of her life, John "Cliff" Moran, at Providence Bible College. Their 71-year marriage was a radiant testimony of love and shared purpose. Together, they began their journey in Skowhegan, Maine, before moving to Connecticut in 1958. Over the years, they made homes in Warehouse Point, Enfield, Windsor, and finally in Enfield-a home filled with warmth, hospitality, good food and most of all lots of love and prayer!
From the very beginning, Marion and Cliff used their gifts to serve their Heavenly Father. They traveled, sang, and shared their testimonies through HCJB, "The Voice of the Andes," broadcasting from Quito, Ecuador. Their ministry was a reflection of their deep faith and desire to bring hope to others, whether across continents or around the dinner table.
Marion was the first Administrative Assistant for Christian Medical Fellowship, now known as FaithCare. She and Cliff cherished this ministry deeply and had the privilege of serving on medical missions in Nigeria on three occasions-experiences that became treasured highlights of their lives and led to lifelong friendships.
Marion also found great joy in her work as a Guest Relations Representative at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Whether welcoming visitors at the front desk or serving as a compassionate liaison in the emergency room, she helped families stay connected with their loved ones during difficult moments. Her presence brought comfort, kindness, and calm.
Above all, Marion loved her Heavenly Father, her husband Cliff, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren-and truly, everyone she met. The only friends she didn't know were the ones she hadn't yet met. Her life was a living testimony of love in action, and her legacy will continue to shine through the many lives she touched.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, John "Cliff" Moran; her children: Jeannine deLivron and husband Marty of Avon, Roger Moran and wife Laurie of Enfield, John Russel Moran of Windsor, and Jeff Moran and wife Alicia of Covington, GA; her sister Katherine Neuheisiel and husband Herman of Wisconsin; brothers-in-law Darrell Moran and wife Carolyn of Texas, Theodore Moran and wife Joyce of Bolton; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
She was a proud grandmother to: Jenifer Grenier and her partner Chris Grogas of Stratford, Megan deLivron and her husband Joshua Sylvester of Avon, Martha deLivron and her husband Pierre Duvallon of Amsterdam, NL, Ryan Moran and his partner Laura Janerelli of Enfield, Melissa Bender and her husband Sean of Trumbull, Johnny Moran of Enfield, John Russel Moran Jr. of Ohio, Kellie Moran of Meriden, Allie Moran and her partner Josh Durossette of Enfield, Liam Moran and his wife Brenda of Durham, James Moran of Windsor, Jesse Moran of Windsor
