My deepest regrets to the entire Neal Family for your loss. I worked with Paul at the post office in Manchester for many years. Paul was a great union steward who had the same feelings I had about fairness for all craft employees.I'm so sorry he did not see all that retirement he worked so hard to receive. He will be sorely missed.

God reached out and picked a flower, he chose one worry to be placed in his special bundle. Scripture tells us that weeping may endure for a moment but joy comes in the morning. We do not know what day or what hour your morning will come but God holds the Key. Continue to hold to Gods unchanging hand and behold his Glory.
To Gloria and Family you are in our prayers

I cannot believe you're gone Paul. I will always remember the special closeness we shared. Watching our shows together etc. I will miss you and you will always be in my heart forever.

Paul was our letter carrier for many years. I was always baking cookies when my boys were young and he always seemed to be on the street just as I was taking a sheet out of the oven. I would put a few out in the box for him and at the holidays some extra. One day he left me a lovely note in my mailbox thanking me for the cookies and complimenting me on my baking skills. Such a kind man. When my friend decorated my house for my birthday and put signs up all over town to call me and wish me happy birthday, Paul left a birthday greeting. When he moved on from our neighborhood we missed him and I always looked for his white helmet when I was in the Keeney St. area or elsewhere. I've thought about him over the years as he was such a nice man. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you for your loss.

I met Paul a couple of months ago at the VA in Newington. I knew Ellen from work at Foxwoods. Paul was a very nice guy and I wish that I had a chance to talk with him some more.

Paul Neal will always be with us in spirit and in the contributions he made to make this a better world of equality, peace and justice. Paul loved people and treated everyone with respect. He had a sharp wit and great intellect. He was always ready to learn and to teach. I will always treasure having known and worked with Paul, and miss him greatly. With love and solidarity to family and friends.

It is hard to imagine that Paul is not with us in body anymore, but he will always be very much with us in spirit and in the lasting contributions he made to make this a better world of peace, justice and equality. Paul had a big heart, a sharp wit and a great intellect. He cared about people and treated all with respect. He was always eager to learn and willing to teach. I will always treasure the opportunity to know and work with Paul. Love and solidarity to all his family and friends.
