Robert Strevel Obituary
He was born Nov. 10, 1939, in Muskegon, Michigan, to Roy and Eva (Sosnovski) Strevel. He proudly served in the U.S. Army. Robert enjoyed coin and stamp collecting and camping with his family. He was very involved in Scouting, first as a Boy Scout himself and then being a cubmaster and scoutmaster as an adult.
Robert is survived by his sons, Robert J. Strevel and his wife, Susan, and Kevin Strevel; his brother, Richard Strevel; his sister, Marva Brinkman; his grandchildren, Robert, Shannon, Brooke, Taylor, Sierra, Alexander, Kayla, Noah, and Benjamin; his great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Mason and Zowie. Besides his beloved wife Geraldine who passed away in 2014, he was predeceased by his sister Loretta Olsen; and his daughter-in-law Rebecca Strevel.
Relatives and friends may join the family on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. A Private Graveside service will take place at Hazardville Cemetery, Enfield.
