Thomas Hebert Obituary

Thomas Michael Hebert, 62, of Enfield, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, surrounded by loved ones.

He was born April 19, 1955, in Hartford, son of the late Francis Leonard Hebert and Theresa Frances Hebert. He spent the majority of his career at Stanadyne in Windsor. When Tom wasn't watching his beloved Red Sox, Patriots, or Celtics he was incredibly active. He was passionate about home improvements and always had a project underway. Later in life he found joy in riding his bike for hours each day and unwinding through his artwork.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Laura Hebert; their daughter, Tara; and their three sons, Justin, Bryan, and Kevin. He was also a caring and playful grandfather to his eight grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to share a story or memory of Tom during a celebration of his life Friday, Jan. 26, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Italian American Club on South Center Street in Windsor Locks.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Enfield Adult Day Center, 1A Beech Road, Enfield. Their care allowed Tom to spend several invaluable years at home.
