Victor Stringer Obituary

Passed in his sleep on October 29th. As a resident of Manchester who grew up in South Windsor, he graduated from SW High in 1977.
He is survived by his children, Amy D. Stringer of PA and Thomas J. Stringer of NJ. His siblings, Daniel Stringer of Manchester, Deborah Lockman of High Point, NC, Victoria Oakes of Enfield and Clifford Stringer of South Windsor. He was loved by many nephews and nieces.
Always generous with his abilities and possessions. From construction and landscaping works to sharing his love of sweets. The kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back. He will be greatly missed. As his struggles in life and health have ended, he will be privately laced to rest by his family.
