CLARICE D. 'TOOTSIE' KRAFT, 84 FREEPORT - Clarice D. "Tootsie" Kraft, 84 of Freeport died, Friday, March 22, 2013, at Provena St. Joseph Center, Freeport. She was born November 25, 1928, in Freeport, Illinois the daughter of Edward and Christina (Jacobs) Miller. She married Orlo "Dick" Kraft on November 29, 1947 in Freeport and he died July 13, 2003. Mrs. Kraft enjoyed gardening, raising rabbits and chickens. Mrs. Kraft is survived by her grandchildren, Richard W. (Maria) Kraft, Dustin T. Kraft, Tasha (Sabah) Kraft and Clayton Kraft. Her great-grandchildren, Myleka Avery, Kelsey Kraft, Elicia Kraft, Neda Al-Khafaji and Zahra Al-Khafaji. Mrs. Kraft is also survived by her daughter in law, Vickie Kraft and her niece, Evelyn (Louis) Taggart. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son Richard Lee Kraft on April 2, 2011, Two brothers and two sisters. A funeral service for Mrs. Kraft will be at 1 p.m., Monday, at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at Burke-Tubbs.
