Dale Hart Obituary
Dale N. Hart, 85, of Georgetown, Texas passed away July 2, 2018. Dale was born January 21, 1933, in Freeport, Illinois to parents, Seril and Cora Hart. Dale graduated from Freeport High School. He married Judith A. Folgate on July 2, 1966, in Freeport, IL. Dale co-owned/operated Judith's of Georgetown, and previously the Countryside Motel and the Circle Restaurant, both in Freeport. Dale was a Korean War Veteran and served in the United States Army. He was also a member of First Baptist Georgetown. Dale leaves behind his wife, Judith Hart of Georgetown, TX; daughter, Connie (Jeff) Johnson of Apollo Beach, FL; son, Richard (Bonnie) Hart of Henderson, NV; daughter-in-law, Deb Hart of Darien, IL; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Lois Robinson (Noble) Hamaker of Bartlett, IL; and many nieces and nephews. Dale was preceded in death by his parents and son, William D. Hart.
Memorial service will be held at Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown, TX. Dale will be laid to rest in Afolkey, Illinois at a later date. You may share a message or memory in the online memorial guestbook at www.RamseyFuneral.com.

Jack and I send our sympathy. Dale was one of the first people we met when we moved to Freeport. Dale helped us find and buy our house. We had many happy dinners at the Circle, too. Blessings keep you.

I worked for Dale & Judy at The Circle in the early 80's. Dale & I then worked together at Hersh Realtors. He was a good friend.

You have Tom's and my sympathy. Do you remember that I was the one who set you and Dale up on a blind date? And it took! Plus you and I were friends then we moved to Rockford and lost touch.

Dale, you were the first Freeporter that we knew since we rented half of your apartment house. I grew up knowing your children and going to school with them also. So much fun there on Broadway street!! My condolences to everyone and thanks for all the memories!!
