Diana Louise McNeese, 79, of Lincoln, NE, passed away on November 19, 2025. Born August 28, 1946, in Lincoln, to Howard and Anna (Knaup) Root.
Diana was a lifelong Eagle resident, attended and graduated from Eagle High School. After school she was a self-employed beauty operator at "House of Hair" and a file clerk at Continental Western. She was a member of the Eagle United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary (Post 197), and National Cosmetology Association.
Family members include sons, Scott McNeese (Kerri Hiatt) and Chad McNeese; brother, Randy (Deb) Root; and grandchildren, Cody McNeese and Hadley Hiatt.
Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Stanley Root and sister-in-law, Sandy Root.
Visitation will be held Monday November 24, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 'O' St. Lincoln, NE.
Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday November 25, 2025, at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel with reception to follow.
