Eva Almeda Anderson, 102, of Waverly, passed away on November 1, 2025. She was born on March 18, 1923, in rural Saunders County to Earl and Grace (Knode) Sutton.
Family members include her son-in-law, John Westland of Waverly, NE; grandson, Ricci (Dawn) Westland of Pleasanton, NE; granddaughter, Joni (Monte) Scheef of Omaha, NE; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Mervin Anderson; and daughter, Jody Westland.
Family will greet friends from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Roper and Sons Waverly Chapel, 10851 N. 148th Street in Waverly. A Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Bethlehem Covenant Church, 18841 N 98th Street in Waverly.
